Shipping Guidelines

 

Shipping occurs Monday through Friday only. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. All orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping on Saturday and Sunday or by 1:00 PM CST on Monday ship on Monday. Orders placed with 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day air shipping Monday through Friday prior to 1:00 PM CST ship the same day. Air orders placed after 1:00 PM CST ship the next business day. Ground orders placed before the 1 PM cut off ship within 1-2 business days and are not guaranteed to ship that same day. When a Ground order is placed after the 1 PM cut off the first processing day becomes the next business day. Ground orders placed after the 1 PM cut off will ship within the next two business days. As an example a ground order placed at 7:20 PM on Tuesday night will ship on Wednesday or Thursday. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday.

Holiday Shipping December 1, 2018 through January 4th, 2019 Ground orders placed before the 1 PM CST cut off Monday through Friday ship within 2-3 business days and are not guaranteed to ship the same day. As an example: an order placed over the weekend or Monday prior to 1 pm will ship by Wednesday. Although most orders do ship the same day or the next day we cannot guarantee all orders will.

 

Holiday Ground Deadline

Ground orders placed before 1 PM CST on 12/19/2018 are guaranteed to ship prior to Christmas. (Please take into consideration the 2-3 day lead time on ground orders during the month of December.) Ground orders placed after 1 PM CST on Wednesday 12/19/2018 are not guaranteed to ship prior to the holiday closing. We will continue to ship orders out in the order in which they were received and make every effort to ship every order we receive through Thursday 12/20/2017 by 10 AM CST. Holiday Air Shipping Deadline The deadline for guaranteed shipping of an air order prior to Christmas is 12/20/2018 at 10 AM CST. All air orders placed after 10 AM CST 12/20/2018 will not ship until Thursday 12/27/2017.

 

 Late Delivery & Service Guarantee Refunds:

In the event a carrier delivers a gift late a shipping refund may be approved but, is not always guaranteed. Carriers do not offer refunds of any kind on late deliveries involving a bad address, missing apartment number, incorrect zip codes or any other information supplied which is not accurate. In addition carriers do not offer refunds involving but not limited to the following: Acts of God, weather conditions, Emergency conditions beyond their control, mechanical delays of aircraft or other equipment failures and several additional issues. .

 

Holidays/ Closures

Please take note that we are closed and no shipping will occur on the following days. All orders due to ship on these days will ship the next operating business day.

November 22nd and 23rd, 2018 in observance of Thanksgiving

December 24th, 25th and December 26th, 2018

December 31st, 2018 and January 1, 2019 in observance of New Years

 Shipping Internationally

We offer shipping to all International addresses via USPS. Shipments take one extra day to ship out and are shipped via USPS. However, there will be no claims offered or honored on these shipments. These are shipped at your own risk. No loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk.  

APO, FPO & PO Box Shipping

We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes.  All APO, FPO, PO Boxes and Canadian shipments ship via the USPS. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk. When shipping to any and all Military bases the proper zip and address format are:

  • AE (Armed Forces Europe/ Canada/ Middle East/ Africa) -09XXXX
  • AP (Armed Forces Pacific) 96XXX
  • AA (Armed Forces Atlantic) 34XXX

 

 

There will be an $18.00 address correction fee for all ground orders and $24.50 address correction fee for air orders to correct a bad address, incorrect zip codes and non-deliverable address information supplied.

It is at all times the sole responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate address and delivery information. IGBC will not be held responsible for non-delivered items due to bad address information being supplied.

If a package is returned to us by UPS due to a bad address, non-deliverable address or recipient refusal there is  a charge of $15.00 for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee in addition to the address correction fee. Gifts delivered late or not according to the time in transit map may receive a partial shipping refund based on the circumstances. There will be no discount or refund on the gift itself when delivered late and a gift may not be returned due to a late delivery.
